WHAT YOU CAN BRING

Are kids welcome?

Yes! Children are more than welcome to attend and it is free admission for all children under the age of 10. All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is 21 years of age or older. Please make sure that all children are respectful of other festival attendees.

Are dogs allowed?

Of course, furry friends are always welcome! All dogs must be well-behaved and on a leash at all times. Please note that you are required to pick up any waste.

What would you recommend I bring to the festival?

We would encourage all attendees to bring a picnic blanket and/or lawn chairs! There is limited outdoor seating but plenty of lawn space, and it is first come first serve. We will have a large variety of food trucks, local wine (dry, sweet & fruit), domestic beer and local craft beer as well as a large assortment of non-alcoholic options. You may bring in outside food or drink, but no outside alcohol is permitted.

Don't forget to bring a valid form of ID! All IDs will be checked at the point of entry.

Can I bring my own camera to the festival?

We encourage you to take pictures with your friends and family at the event and share the great time you’re having! However, because of our contracts with the performers, professional recording equipment (photography, video, and/or sound) will not be allowed on premise without proper media credentials.

What kind of bag can I bring to the festival?

There are no specific restrictions on what kind of bag you must have. However, please note that no bladder backpacks or framed backpacks are allowed. Only soft-sided coolers are allowed if you will be bringing your own food/drinks.

Please note that all of your belongings are subject to search upon entry.

AT THE FESTIVAL

Will you be selling tickets on-site the day of the event?

Yes! We will be selling tickets on the day of the event. However, spots are limited so we would highly recommend you pre-purchase your tickets online!

Is there parking available on-site?

Yes, there is complimentary parking located on-site. Parking is limited, however, so we would recommend carpooling with your friends!

Is smoking allowed at the festival?

Smoking is allowed, but in specified smoking areas only.

What kind of vendors will be at the festival?

The festival is hosted by Uwharrie Vineyards, who offer a large assortment of wine (dry, sweet and fruit wines) as well as domestic beer and non-alcoholic options (soda, water, kombucha, etc). There will also be a wide variety of food trucks as well as craft beer being served by Uwharrie Brewing and Cabarrus Brewing Company. Stardust Cellars will also be serving a variety of mead and cider.

Will I be able to buy merchandise?

Yes! We will have merchandise tents selling a variety of t-shirts, hats, koozies and more.

What form of payments are accepted on-site?

All vendors will accept cards. A few select vendors do also accept cash, but we would highly recommend having both form of payment options.

Is the festival a rain or shine event?

Yes! The festival will take place, rain or shine. If the organizers are forced to cancel the event due to safety concerns, the event will be rescheduled for a later date. Click here to read our complete purchase policy and ticket terms.

TICKETS & WRISTBANDS

Are there any special offer for large groups?

Yes! If you represent a large group (20 or more attendees), please reach out to us at info@uwharriemusicfest.com and one of our team members will get in touch with further information.

Do I have to purchase tickets for my children?

Everyone over the age of 10 must have a valid, full-price ticket. All children under the age of 10 will also need a ticket, but those can be added on for free during your ticket purchase.

Please note that all attendees under the age of 18 must be escorted by an adult 21 or older.

How much are tickets?

All General Admission tickets are $35. Children 10 and under are free.

Can I attend if I'm under 21?

You must be 18 or older to purchase tickets to the event. Any attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older. The ID of all attendees will checked at the point of entry.

Can I get a refund?

All tickets are final sale and no refunds will be permitted. Read more about our purchase policy here.

LOST AND FOUND

What if I lose something at the festival?

Day-of, please find any staff member in case it was turned into the Lost and Found. If you notice afterwards, please reach out to us directly at info@uwharriemusicfest.com with a description of the item and your contact info. We will hold onto all Lost and Found items for 30 days following the festival.
